Our second development saw a slight change in tactic for us, going from being the sole entity of a development, into a Joint Venture with another party. This decision enabled the construction of 2 x properties on Canvey Island, a development that would not have been possible for us without the advantages created for both parties by entering into a well structured, fair and beneficial Joint Venture.
